A composer, he is behind many of STOPERA!'s works and carries its artistic direction. His work explores contemporary opera, music theatre and real-time electronics.
A French-Argentine composer, he develops a body of work at the crossroads of contemporary opera, music theatre and real-time electronics. Silver Lion of the Venice Biennale in 2018, his works include Otages (Opéra de Lyon, 2024).
With STOPERA!, of which he is artistic director, he explores how voice, body and sound become presence. His work engages institutions in France and abroad: Ircam, GRAME, the Ensemble intercontemporain, the Teatro Colón.
