Valentín Pelisch
Composer & sound artist
Composer, performer and foley artist from Buenos Aires. He co-creates and co-directs OOO with Emma Terno; his work spans pieces for ensembles, performances and sound and video installations.
His works have been presented in America, Europe and Asia. He is a member of the audiovisual duo BASURA (sound improvisation from archives) and has co-curated the Mínimo un Lunes concert series in Buenos Aires since 2017.
He studied composition with Gerardo Gandini and Marcelo Delgado and holds a degree in composition with electroacoustic media from the National University of Quilmes. He trained with Mariano Etkin, Dmitri Kourliandski, Simon Steen-Andersen and the Arditti Quartet, among others.
